Betty Josephine Rollins McKelvey, 81, died Nov. 14, 2009.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 18, in White’s Azle Chapel. Interment was in Proctor Cemetery.
Betty Jo was born May 28, 1928 to Ernest J. and Ethel Owens Rollins in Pilot Point. She retired from the Azle ISD, where she was a cafeteria worker.
Mrs. McKelvey was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles in 2003; and her brother, Bill Rollins.
Survivors include her daughter, Reta Formanek of Azle; sons, Robert and David McKelvey, both of Fort Worth; sister, Lucy Lewis; grandchildren, Heather, Michael, Kimberly and LeeAnne; and great-grandchildren, Courtney, Jordan and Bryce.
